01 // Diagnostic Service Standards
We provide advanced structural diagnostics specializing in thermal imaging and moisture detection:
- /Diagnostic Fee: The standard $750 fee covers a 4-hour technical audit and detailed reporting. This fee is non-refundable once the site visit begins.
- /Access Protocol: Property owners must provide clear access to crawl spaces and attic areas. Inaccessible areas will be marked "Not Inspected."
