The standard Estate Infrastructure Audit fee of $450.00 is a non-refundable professional service fee. This covers the Technical Director's time, forensic equipment usage (thermal/acoustic), and the generation of the final diagnostic report. Payment is due upon initiation of the audit request.
Apex Property Tech provides diagnostic and consulting services. We are not a 24/7 emergency repair service. Our audits identify structural, water, and network vulnerabilities. As a brand of APCON LLC, specialized repairs identified during audits may be referred to our Realty Repair division or vetted third-party specialists as required by Washington state licensing regulations.
